The process is simple, quick and hassle-free.

Step 1:

Peruse our available premises and select one which is of interested and advise us of your preferred dates for your use. If you cannot see a suitable premises use our enquiry form to submit your ideal requirements and we shall add you to our system and make a manual search of available premises.

Step 2:

We will confirm if the premises you have selected are available on your required dates. If it is not available we will work with you to find alternative dates which are available.

Step 3:

Once your request has been approved we will provide you with a written agreement to sign and return.

Step 4:

In advance of the start of your agreement our representative will meet you at the property to provide you with keys and show you the premises and its features.

Step 5:

You use the premises for your charitable purposes on the agreed dates.

Step 6:

At the conclusion of the period covered by your agreement our representative will attend the premises to secure them and collect the keys from you.
