We have space available to help your charity pursue its purposes. Contact us today to use rent free space.

We cover all areas of the United Kingdom but only have a limited supply of properties available at any one time.   Please consult our available properties section which lists all properties which are currently available.

  If you have a property that you think we may be interested in please complete the enquiry form.

If you cannot find a suitable property in our available properties section please complete the enquiry form setting out your requirements. We will then file your requirements on our system and email you should a suitable property be added to our schedule.

How It Works

The process is simple, quick and hassle-free.

Step 1

Peruse our available premises and select one which is of interest and advise us of your preferred dates for your use. If you cannot see a suitable premises, use our enquiry form to submit your ideal requirements and we shall add you to our system and make a manual search of available premises.

Step 2

We will confirm if the premises you have selected are available on your required dates. If it is not available we will work with you to find alternative dates which are available.

Step 3

Once your request has been approved we will provide you with a written agreement to sign and return.

Step 4

In advance of the start of your agreement our representative will meet you at the property to provide you with keys and show you the premises and its features.

Step 5

You use the premises for your charitable purposes on the agreed dates.

Step 6

At the conclusion of the period covered by your agreement our representative will attend the premises to secure them and collect the keys from you.
