Do we have any obligation to repair the premises?
You will have no obligation to repair the premises however, we do expect the premises to be left in the same condition it was at the start of your agreement.
Do we have to pay any other costs?
You will be responsible to cover a fair proportion of any utilities and/or other bills or liabilities that may be payable in respect of your period of occupation.
How much do we pay you to use the premises?
You do not have to pay anything to use the premises it is free from any rent charge.
Is there a minimum duration for our use of the premises?
The minimum duration of any agreement to use our premises is 24 hours.
Is parking available?
It depends on the premises but many of our premises do offer extensive parking.
What documentation is required before the premises can be used?
You will be required to sign an agreement to use the premises. This will either take the form of a tenancy or a license depending on the property and the circumstances.
What can the premises be used for?
The premises can be used strictly for charitable purposes. We ask that any use respects other tenants in the vicinity.
How long between enquiry and being able to use the premises?
We can work very quickly and, if necessary, make the necessary arrangements for you to use any premises within 24 hours. As with anything, the more time we have the more time we have to prepare and ensure the premises best suit your needs.

What types of premises do you have available?
A large range of commercial properties are available including offices, warehouses, industrial units, retail premises and traditional leisure premises. Given the diversity of our premises we have something available for any charity.
Who can use the premises?
We only make our premises available to charities within the meaning of the Charities Act 2011.
